Mission Statement

Odyssey Assessment, Education and Training was started as a co-operative by Chantal Karatas and Teresa Determann, who combined their experience and expertise, to provide assessment, screening and tuition services to both children and adults in education and the work place. We work co-operatively as educational professionals, each with our own insurance, under the umbrella of Odyssey Assessment, Education and Training. This enables multi-discplinary team working and thus facilitates the highest standards of quality assurance.

We aim to enrich the lives of people with specific learning differences by helping them to:

  • understand their learning difference
  • discover their strengths and
  • find solutions to the challenges they face


    • Locations

    Assessments are conducted in Wolverhampton, Edinburgh and Oxford, or can be offered remotely

    Workbased diagnostic assessments can be undertaken in the workplace, face to face in Wolverhampton or Edinburgh or remotely.

    Tuition is offered either online or face to face in Wolverhampton or Edinburgh.
